Relocation offered

This Med Tele, Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse position is full-time, offers full benefits, and is scheduled for night shifts. It involves dual clinical and managerial responsibilities, including direct and indirect patient care, disciplinary actions, hiring and termination of staff, and communication with physicians and staff regarding patient conditions.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care, assessing current situations, priorities, and needs.
• Ensure patient safety and minimize healthcare errors.
• Communicate effectively with the Nurse Director, colleagues, and physicians.
• Assist with staff education, competency evaluations, and ensure participation in in-service programs.

Requirements

• Current NV RN licensure
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrolled in an accredited program within one year
• Experience in Telemetry
• Cerner experience preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and PALS (if required)
