Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN or BSN license in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory and caregiver management experience.
• CPR certification.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of clinical and caregiver services to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate and manage a team of nurses, CNAs, therapists, aides and social workers.
• Hire, orient, train, supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers.
• Ensure medical supplies and equipment are delivered and staff trained on procedures.
• Assess patient needs, resolve issues and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Manage financial resources related to delivery of care.
• Assist the Director in quality and quality assurance activities.
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate plans of care.
