Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to lead home health clinical and caregiver teams in our Lexington, MA office. You will ensure high-quality care, meet regulatory standards, and coordinate with LPNs, CNAs, and office staff to achieve patient goals.

Requirements include MA RN licensure, 1 year in home healthcare, QA experience, and supervisory experience. Benefits include a sign-on bonus and a strong family-oriented culture that supports growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in home healthcare/OASIS admissions, recerts, resumptions and DCs.
• Experience with QA processes.
• At least 1 year of supervisory and caregiver management experience.
• CPR certification and knowledge of home health laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring high quality patient care.
• Coordinate with LPNs, CNAs, aides to meet client goals.
• Follow home health orders from PCPs and office staff.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are delivered and staff trained.
• Assess needs, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction.

As a RN Clinical Manager, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards
• OASIS admissions and Coordinate with a team of LPNs, CNAs, aides and to ensure client and patient goals are met
• Follow the Home Health orders from PCPs working closely with their office
• Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures
• Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care

A few must-haves for a Clinical Manager/BSN or RN:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Massachusetts, BSN preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in home healthcare/ OASIS admissions, recerts, resumptions and DC’s
• Experience with QA process
• At least 1 year of supervisory and caregiver management experience
• CPR certification
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards
• Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
