Job summary

WellLife Network in Coram, NY seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision and development for PROS program staff across behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and community-based programs.

You will review documentation, ensure clinical needs are met, and collaborate with program leadership to support a recovery-focused model. Licensure and strong supervisory skills are required.

Qualifications

• LMSW, LMHC, LCSW or LMHC-D license required.
• Strong clinical supervision and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising staff in behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical supervision for PROS program staff.
• Lead clinical supervision staff meetings.
• Keep records of statistics, clinical reports, program information, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staff training and supervision related to clinical service development.
• Be available to supervisees and respond to questions, crises or emergencies.
• Maintain a 90% threshold for chart reviews and provide corrective action plans.
• Assist staff with accurate and timely completion of required documentation.
• Review chart notes and ensure medical necessity linkages for billing.
• Provide support and instruction for PROS clinical programming/services.
• Promote rehab and recovery principles and collaborate with partner programs.
• Direct and supervise student internship program for the PROS site.
• Conduct CT, IDDT, IR, or CRS component services: individuals, groups.
• Outreach and facilitation of program presentations in the community.
