Job summary

The Association for Mental Health and Wellness, Inc. seeks a PROS Director to lead the PROS program within the Management Team. You will handle clinical and administrative judgment, supervise staff, and ensure quality service delivery in Suffolk County, NY.

Requirements include a Master’s in Behavioral Health with NYS LPHA licensure, 5+ years supervisory experience, strong communication, and EHR proficiency. A valid NY driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a qualified clinical Graduate program in Behavioral Health with NYS LPHA licensure.
• Minimum of 5 years post-Master’s supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication; ability to train and supervise practitioners.
• Experience with clinical/service planning and record-keeping in psychiatric rehabilitation.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and data-driven quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the PROS program and ensure contracted deliverables are met.
• Generate reports on enrollment, utilization, incidents, and quality assurance.
• Lead and participate in weekly staff, compliance, and revenue meetings.
• Coordinate with other program directors and maintain relationships with external providers.
• Review and sign off on treatment plans and progress notes.
