Key Responsibilities:
· Provide supervision to Clinical Providers, holding regularly scheduled individual supervisory sessions and team meetings with supervisees
· Provide individual, group, family, and other practical counseling services to clients · Participate in emergency services, providing rapid aid in cases of emotional crisis
· Ensure comprehensive follow-up care for all clients
· Review and monitor written documentation, providing corrective feedback and employee discipline as needed
· Participate in hiring staff for the department and contribute to staff development and training activities
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Master's degree or licensed professional with post-licensure experience in mental health
· Unrestricted Missouri State license as a Psychologist, LCSW, or LPC
Additional Qualifications:
· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Successful completion of background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check
