Job description

Company Overview

Pariva Health is on a mission to empower families of neurodivergent children (any child with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Down Syndrome, learning disabilities and intellectual disabilities) experiencing learning and/or development delays through our whole-family engagement model, Family Support Program (FSP). In collaboration with the LEGO Foundation, the FSP empowers parents and caregivers using a play-based approach to engage their child in learning and skill acquisition, promoting growth and achievement of key developmental milestones.

Parents/Caregivers work with their assigned clinician to assess the needs of the child and family, crafting an individualized Family Support Plan based on assessed needs. Learning resources utilized within the Family Support Plan are customized according to the child’s specific needs, and the resources are delivered directly to the home, with training and progress overseen by the family’s clinician. Our Family Support Program starts at the pre-diagnosis stage and continues with children post-diagnosis (typically children 3-12 years old), with the assigned clinician supporting the family through their journey.

Pariva Health is the US-based sister company of Mom’s Belief, which has operated across the Asia-Pacific region since 2018, positively impacting thousands of families since inception. We are founded on the core beliefs that:

  • Hope is the greatest motivator for the parent of a child with autism or other special needs. We are on a mission to tell parents that there is a way.
  • Parent Empowerment is key for the parents of a child with special needs. Our goal is to make parents the co-therapist / advocate / guide for their child.
  • Our teams bring passion and commitment to change the lives of children and their families through our proprietary model.

  • Work closely with your team on the implementation of the treatment and support plan for your ongoing clients, monitoring the progress of the treatment and support plan through regular contact with the family/caregivers
  • Ability to learn and use the therapeutic developmental kit to empower families to develop skills and behavioral gains
  • Provide clinical and quality oversight to supervisees assigned to you, including review and approval of progress notes and diagnoses; provision of individual/group clinical supervision (weekly or biweekly as required); monitor caseloads and ensure that supervisees comply with all business, clinical, legal, and ethical practices; and support supervisees from an overall management and operations purview
