Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington (CCSWW) is seeking a Full-time Clinical Supervisor for the Westlake location in Seattle. The role provides leadership to a clinical team delivering outreach, engagement, and treatment services to adults with behavioral health needs, including those who are homeless and have co-occurring disorders.

Licensure supervision for LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW is available. The position is on-site with flexible hours and no on-call duties; LICSW/LMHC credentials

Qualifications

• Washington licensure or equivalently recognized credential per WAC 246-341.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and manage a team delivering outreach, engagement, and case management services.
• Maintain caseload of 5–10 clients with comprehensive assessments and service plans.
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and HIPAA/privacy for client records.
• Coordinate with partners and lead staff development and performance evaluations.
