Job summary

Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team. Role includes on-floor care and administrative leadership. LPN/CMA/ATC/RTR/MRI licensure with CPR certification required; EPIC experience preferred.

Full-time days with some second shift or weekend coverage. Join a 400+ strong team serving Central PA. Leading clinical staff, optimizing patient care, and driving quality through staff development are core to this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current/Active Pennsylvania State Certificate and/or Licensure as LPN, CMA, Radiologic Tech, MRI Tech, Ortho Tech, or Certified Athletic Trainer required.
• Valid CPR certification required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Strong organization and superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Participate in interview and selection of team members.
• Complete orientation, education, and training for new employees.
• Approve and manage timecards for clinical staff.
• Schedule Clinical Assistants and supervise on-site staff.
• Conduct supervisory visits and document findings.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Lead weekly huddles and monthly department meetings.
• Address patient feedback and coordinate service recovery with Clinical Manager.
• Deliver coaching plans and performance reviews for staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
