Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL) is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapists in implementing rehabilitation plans at our Spooky Nook Sports Complex site in Lancaster, PA. The role provides direct patient care in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and therapists in implementing rehabilitation programs.
• Assist patients in preparing for therapy and returning to daily activities.
• Record data progress during therapy sessions and measure range of motion.
• Orders supplies and cleans/prepares rooms/equipment for therapy sessions.
• Educates patients and families on how to exercise properly at home after treatment.
• Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
