RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Barnabas Health Medical Group in Barnegat, NJ. This salaried, day-shift role focuses on leading daily operations, staff oversight, and ensuring high-quality patient care across the AdvancedHeartFailureSpecial department.

You will collaborate with the Practice Administrator, manage front-end workflows, utilize EHR and Office applications, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and relevant experience in a primary care or specialty practice.
• Current New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a primary care or specialty practice setting.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisor or leadership role.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard practice software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned practice site to ensure efficiency.
• Serve as the primary practice lead for staff, patients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure front office efficiency and patient-centered service.
• Implement organizational policies and clinical procedures promptly and consistently.
• Collaborate with administrators and departments to meet performance and satisfaction targets.
• Standardize best practices to improve cost-effective operations.
• Manage and optimize workflows related to patient registration and front-end staffing.
