Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Framingham is seeking a full-time LMHC or LICSW to join our outpatient clinic and supervise pre-licensed clinicians. You will manage a caseload of 20–22 sessions weekly and mentor a team of therapists in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Independent licensure – LMHC or LICSW.
• Must be licensed for a minimum of 3 years.
• At least 1-year supervisory experience.
• Able to teach and implement at least 2 evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 20-22 client sessions weekly.
• Complete all documentation within assigned time frames.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and leadership meetings.
• Supervise a team of clinicians with weekly supervision and chart audits.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, clinical trainings, and community outreach.
