Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LPC-S, LMFT-S, or LICSW-S) to provide outpatient therapy and mentor pre-licensed clinicians. Lead clinical work while ensuring Alabama regulatory compliance and high-quality care in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years post-licensure experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and are proficient with EHR systems and Office 365. Flexible scheduling and a supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama licensure as: LPC-S, LMFT-S, or LICSW-S (or equivalent board-approved supervisor designation).
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Insurance panel credentialing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care
• Deliver clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with Alabama regulations
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners
• Support clinician growth through mentorship, consultation, and professional development
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision activities
