Tree of Life Counseling Center, LLC in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to manage a 15–20 client caseload, conduct intake assessments, and lead clinical treatment planning through discharge. The role includes supervision, peer consultation, and crisis support, with a hybrid schedule allowing one virtual day weekly after onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a mental health field and NJ LCSW licensure, plus leadership experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related mental health field required.
• Active professional licensure in New Jersey: LCSW.
• Experience supervising clinicians or teams preferred.

Aufgaben

• Carry an active caseload of 15–20 clients.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments during intake.
• Provide clinical treatment planning, interventions, and discharge management.
• Meet biweekly with clinicians reporting to you.
• Assist with Higher Level of Care referrals.
• Provide support during crisis situations.
• Follow up on crisis screenings if the primary clinician is unavailable.
• Review charts biweekly for direct reports.
• Arrive 15 minutes before first session; stay on-site during scheduled hours.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervisor meetings and peer supervision groups.
