Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Active licensure in New Jersey: LCSW, with eligibility to supervise LSWs.
• Proven experience supervising clinicians and coordinating care.

• Maintain an active caseload of 15-20 clients and provide clinical supervision.
• Lead weekly supervision meetings and provide mentorship to peers.
• Develop treatment plans and oversee discharge planning.
• Assist with crisis management and higher level of care referrals.
