Job summary

Wellnest is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in the Los Angeles area to provide clinical oversight and field-based supervision as part of the leadership team.

You will monitor outcomes, ensure timely documentation, and maintain high-quality client care while interfacing with the Department of Mental Health and other agencies. A valid CA LCSW and MSW from an accredited program are required, with at least two years post-licensure experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MSW and active LCSW license required in California.
• Two years post licensure experience preferred.
• Experience in supervision and direct service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of providers to ensure high-quality client care.
• Delivers weekly individual and group supervision to unlicensed staff per board standards.
• Coaches staff and ensures adherence to program and regulatory mandates.
• Communicates expectations to team and monitors service delivery rate.
• Reviews treatment plans and progress notes for quality and completeness.
• Performs monthly case file audits and supports quality assurance.
• Plans and implements mental health programs in compliance with laws and contracts.
• Monitors staff performance and completes annual evaluations.
