The position offers annual salaries ranging from $73,900 to $123,100, depending on experience, along with a hiring bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate should hold a master’s degree along with licensure in a relevant area. Responsibilities include supervision, compliance monitoring, and direct clinical care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; 2 years of post-graduate experience for Supervisor I.
• Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with 5 years for Supervisor II.
• Preferred supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of assigned clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff.
