Taunton Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Taunton, MA, part of Acadia Healthcare, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMHC, LADC, LCSW, or LICSW). The role oversees a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program, ensuring high-quality counseling aligned with MAT protocols and state/federal guidelines.

The position offers a stable daytime schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology, behavioral health, social work, counseling, or a social services-related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time equivalent of clinical experience in a supervisory role is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic policies.
• Monitor counselor productivity and develop improvement plans when needed.
• Make staff assignments and create schedules; update support staff as changes occur.
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews and perform chart audits.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
• Involvement in crisis intervention and liaison with community as needed.
• Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
