Springfield Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Springfield, MA, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for our outpatient MAT OTP. This full-time role supports a clinic that emphasizes recovery, counseling, and multidisciplinary care within a patient-centered MAT program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience.
• Minimum 1 year full-time supervisory experience.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility (LMHC/LADC I/LCSW/LICSW).

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff in an outpatient OTP recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and CARF standards.
• Monitor counselor productivity and develop improvement plans.
• Assign staff, create schedules, and update staff.
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and train qualified clinical staff.
• Liaise with community and participate in crisis intervention as needed.
