Job summary

River's Shore Comprehensive Treatment Center in Milwaukee, part of Acadia Healthcare, seeks a Clinical Supervisor (IC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to oversee clinical staff in an outpatient MAT setting. The role requires leadership, MAT knowledge, and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, treatment plan reviews, chart audits, and staff training. A master’s degree and relevant licensure are required for this critical clinical leadership position.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in health or human service settings.
• Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and policies.
• Monitor counselor productivity and develop improvement plans when needed.
• Make staff assignments and create schedules; update staff when changes occur.
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews and perform chart audits; report results to staff.
