The-Urology-Group is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, MA to lead clinic staff, ensure smooth patient flow, and maintain high-quality care in a busy urology practice. The role collaborates with physicians, NPs, PAs, and front desk teams to deliver comprehensive services.

Responsibilities include staff training, workflow optimization, and adherence to HIPAA and safety policies. A medical assistant background and strong communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA program graduate preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification/credential required.
• Some college or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in urology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff and coordinate patient flow.
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize efficiency of services.
• Assist in training back-office and clinical staff.
• Oversee dispensary logs and inventory management.
• Support scheduling, billing, and patient communication processes.
