Qualifications

• LCSW certification and licensure required or clearly demonstrated in the qualifications.
• Three years post-licensure experience in crisis intervention and psychotherapy.
• Clinical supervision experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Clinical Services with oversight of the Therapy program.
• Conduct weekly supervision sessions with Clinical Staff and interns.
• Assist in internship supervision for student social workers.
• Provide individual, group, and family interventions for survivors of crime.
• Conduct outreach for referred, walk-in, and crisis clients.
• Manage a therapy caseload for individuals aged 16 and older.
• Maintain required chart documentation and referrals.
• Prepare weekly data reports for the Director of Clinical Services.
