Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC's Washburn House in Worcester, MA is seeking a Full-Time Independently Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMHC or LICSW). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with salary starting at $90k.

Qualifications

• LICSW or LMHC licensure required.
• Supervisory Experience Preferred.
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, program development, and supervision of staff.
• Ensure clinical records and programming meet state, Joint Commission, and TRS standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain program curriculum using evidence-based treatment with leadership approval.
• Provide specialty services to enhance client treatment experience.
• Supervise clinical staff and direct reports.
