Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee counseling services and manage a caseload across California. This role involves direct client care and providing supervision for associate clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 years.
• Able to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own caseload across the lifespan.
• Conduct triadic clinical supervision for up to six associates.
• Ensure adherence to all established clinical protocols and quality of care standards.
