Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Rio Rancho, NM to provide supervision, coordinate services, and oversee psychosocial assessments and treatment planning for multiple programs. Qualifications

• Masters, Doctorate, or Medical Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatry, Psychiatric Nursing, or related health field
• New Mexico Independent Licensure in one or more of the following: MD/DO, PhD, PsyD, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, CNP, RN
• Minimum of three years as licensed clinician working with SED/NBD children or SMI/SUD adults

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, oversight, and coordination for assigned programs and catchment area
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment/service planning, crisis response
• Deliver individual, group and family therapy as assigned
• Train and support clinical staff
