Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee the clinical program, and help maintain a warm, recovery‑oriented environment for clients.

The role requires a Master’s degree, Colorado licensure (LAC, LCSW, or LPC), at least 3 years of experience with chemical dependency, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage groups and

• Master's degree or higher in related field.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure in Colorado to practice (LAC, LCSW, or LPC).

Responsabilidades

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group sessions and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
