Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to assure safe, high-quality, cost-effective care. The role focuses on optimal staffing, patient flow, and collaboration with physicians and coworkers to improve processes across the continuum.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, an RN license, and AHA Healthcare Provider certification. A BSN is preferred, with opportunities to lead and mentor teams in a values-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period (TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS).
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
