The supervisor will support talent retention and customer service excellence within a community-based setting. Requirements include an active RN license, BLS within 30 days, and at least 2 years of Home Health, Hospice, and Home Infusion

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years Home Health and Hospice experience required.
• 2 years Home Infusion experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.
• Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.
• Assist in development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.
• Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
