Job summary
Catholic Charities Worcester County seeks a Clinical Supervisor (PT Crozier) in Worcester, MA to lead the development and supervision of educational programming and clinical services within the residential treatment program. Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, mental health, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to case managers and supervise educational groups.
- Review and sign off on treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate with medical, psychiatric, and community providers to ensure holistic, compliant care.
- Assist with staff scheduling, caseload distribution, and workflow management to ensure coverage.
