Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff and services at an Anaheim site, ensuring high-quality mental health treatment and client independence. You will lead individual and group therapy, participate in program planning, and coordinate with leadership to optimize outcomes.

Role requires a Master’s degree, licensure eligibility, and at least five years in mental health care with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as LCSW, MFT, or Clinical Psychologist eligible for independent practice (minimum two years preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in mental health care (inpatient/outpatient) with at least two years post-licensure.
• Experience in clinical supervision, case management, and group leadership.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation philosophy and mental health best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical services within the clinic.
• Consult regularly with leadership to provide updates on program performance and needs.
• Facilitate staff meetings to ensure communication, alignment, and effective treatment planning.
• Provide direct client care including individual, family, and group therapy, discharge planning, and coordination with referral sources.
• Coordinate with external clinicians, medical director, and nursing staff regarding treatment and medication evaluations.
