Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Manager in Santa Ana, CA to lead the High Fidelity Wraparound program and supervise clinical staff. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality behavioral health services, program development, and regulatory compliance to promote client independence and family empowerment.

The position requires California licensure, 5+ years in behavioral health, and strong leadership. It's a full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field or related licensure.
• Active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Licensed Psychologist).
• Post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in behavioral health settings and supervision.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and care systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical service delivery and leadership across program operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff for development.
• Facilitate staff and clinical team meetings and consultations.
• Provide direct clinical services (individual, family, group therapy) as needed.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and care coordination.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
