Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinical workflows for one or more clinics, ensuring protocol adherence and efficient patient flow.
• May provide direct patient care 20–50% of the time to support safe staffing.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA Waiver requirements, vaccine storage/handling, and state nursing regulations (LVNs).
