Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN, is seeking a Full‑Time Clinical Supervisor for our detox and residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee daily clinical operations, and foster a compassionate, recovery‑focused environment for clients.

Requirements include 3+ years in chemical dependency or dual diagnosis, licensure LCAC/LCSW/LMFT, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state – LCAC, LCSW, LMFT.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles.
