Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, manage daily clinical operations, oversee client engagement, and help maintain a warm recovery environment.

Role requires a Master's degree or higher, licensure to practice in Indiana (LCAC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), and a background in chemical dependency care. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred.
• 3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Indiana – LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC

What You'll Do

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
