Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee the clinical program, and ensure high-quality patient care in a warm recovery environment.

Ideal candidates have licensure to practice in Indiana and at least 3 years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis, with strong organizational and communication skills. This role is onsite at our 54-bed facility.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Indiana (LCAC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• If in recovery, a minimum of 1 year of sustained recovery.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
