Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland clinical license (LCPC or LCSW-C).
• Minimum of three years post-licensure clinical experience.

• Experience supervising licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to licensed professionals in a juvenile detention setting.
• Coordinate supervision schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support clinicians with complex clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
• Participate in after-hours on-call and site scheduling; monitor productivity.
