Gateway Foundation in the United States is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee counselors and clinical staff delivering assessment, substance use education and treatment, and case management to clients in corrections settings.

The role emphasizes supervising practice, ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating counselor performance, and contributing to treatment protocol development, with a focus on quality metrics, training, and program improvement alongside a dedicated team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health or substance abuse counseling, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 100 hours of documented clinical training in counseling theory and practice.
• Three years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of clinical supervision following licensure or certification attainment.
• Current licensures/certifications such as CAP, CCJAP, CAAP, CCJAAP, LPC, or LCSW.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises counselors and other clinical staff delivering assessment, SUD education and treatment, and case management to clients.
• Oversees client program: evaluates counselors’ work performance, audits client records to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance and achievement of service delivery objectives.
• Serves as a professional resource to other counselors in resolving complex case problems and provides clinical supervision and guidance.
• Interprets and enforces organization policies, contributes to development of treatment protocols and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
