Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Peoria, Illinois to lead clinical staff and oversee treatment planning for children, adolescents, and families. The role involves representing the organization in interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings, with occasional evening home visits.

Requires an IL LCSW/LCPC license (or willingness to obtain within six months) and at least 1 year of direct clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related).
• Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Illinois, or willing and able to become licensed within six months of hire.
• Minimum of one year direct experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic environment.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Relocating candidates must obtain an Illinois driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Occasional evening visits to client homes to support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff.
• Represent Clarvida during interventions, court hearings, and school and community meetings.
• Review client charts to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and appropriate treatment plans are in place.
• Address complaints and resolve problems related to clinical services and service delivery.
• Provide direct counseling services to an assigned caseload.
• Support clinical staff during occasional evening visits to client homes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to support effective clinical team operations.
• Maintain high standards of therapeutic care for children, adolescents, and families.
