Job summary

First Day Homecare in New Jersey is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to manage and coordinate client care teams delivering pediatric and private duty nursing services. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and home health aides, ensuring safe, compliant home care per agency standards.

You will be available during regular hours, support clinical staff, and participate in on-call rotations. Travel to client homes is required, along with occasional weekend or evening visits as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice with homecare supervisory experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a team of clinical staff delivering home care.
• Be available during business hours and for client support.
• Assign clinicians to cases based on needs and plan.
• Lead case conferences and coordinate care.
• Participate in on-call rotation via phone support.
• Ensure weekly clinical documentation is accurate and timely.
• Oversee admissions, visits, and reassessments.
• Develop client care plans and manage physician orders.
