Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Masters Degree in social work, human services, medical field or nursing.
• License in Social Work, professional counseling, or marriage and family therapy preferred
• Experience working with families and community agencies preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervision of home visiting staff.
• Conducting assessments.
• Completing all administrative requirements, such as client records, auditing charts, monthly reporting to the University of Hartford.
