Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with schools and courts to coordinate FRC services.

• Conduct trauma-informed intake, screenings, and assessments.
• Oversee development of Family Support Plans and provide ongoing case management and clinical support.
• Facilitate parenting and community group sessions for families, including CRA-related concerns.

Eliot is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join Centerboard's dynamic, community-based Family Resource Center (FRC) in Lynn. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and direct support to children and families while playing a key part in a vibrant, multicultural program.

As part of a statewide network of Family Resource Centers, this program offers parenting groups, support services, early childhood resources, and community referrals. Our mission is to help families strengthen relationships, build supportive connections, and actively engage in their communities.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent clinical and engagement skills, as well as a strong understanding of community-based resources. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with schools, court systems, and other local partners. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
