The role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field, MA licensure (LCSW/LMHC), and a MA driver's license. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm with potential hybrid flexibility; salary $65,000–$70,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with excellent clinical and engagement skills.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Massachusetts Driver's License and MA licensure (LCSW/LMHC) required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with schools and courts to coordinate FRC services.
• Supervise the Family Partner and School Liaison for coordinated service delivery.
• Conduct trauma-informed intake, screenings, and assessments.
• Oversee development of Family Support Plans and provide ongoing case management and clinical support.
• Facilitate parenting and community group sessions for families, including CRA-related concerns.
