Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed in California BBS as LCSW/LMFT; active and in good standing.
• Minimum five years of direct service experience with diverse clients.
• Supervision experience with interns or clinicians.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision; oversee documentation.
• Ensure contract compliance and quality assurance.
• Coordinate MCPC meetings and program collaboration.
• Maintain documentation and reports; apply evidence-based practices.
• Assist with program billing and audits.
