Family Service of Rhode Island is seeking a leader to supervise the Mobile Response team and oversee MRSS and Adult Mobile Crisis programs in Providence, RI. Position Summary: Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for supervising the Mobile Response team including implementation of MRSS program and Adult Mobile Crisis. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Supervises clinicians, triage staff and provides support to agency-wide Emergency Response System (ERS). Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training on the MRSS Model and acts as a leader within the agency in the area of Emergency Services.
