Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical teams in Providence, RI. The role oversees Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and Case Managers, directing, coordinating, and managing care while ensuring regulatory and licensing supervision.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker licensed in Rhode Island, with clinical supervision experience and the ability to work in a bilingual or multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker licensed in Rhode Island.
• Clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus and compensated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and/or Case Managers.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for assigned staff.

Job Description

Position Summary: We care about the individuals and families living within our community and it is our priority to ensure access to services as soon as possible. The person in this position operates as a Clinical Supervisor within our CCBHC. The Clinical Supervisor oversees Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and/or Case Managers, and is responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of assigned staff. As part of our team, this person shares responsibility for directing, coordinating, and managing care and services. The Clinical Supervisor will also support the program, division, and agency in offering licensing supervision for clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed in Rhode Island.


• Clinical Supervision experience strongly preferred


• Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs


• Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated


• Flexible schedule with some evenings


• Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must


• Ability to work independently and part of a team


• Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.


• Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.

Additional Requirements

• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance


• Ability to communicate effectively


• Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators


• Ability to lift up to 20lbs


• Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements
