Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center, a nationwide network of rehab centers, seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its Aurora, CO inpatient Detox and Residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee daily execution of the clinical program, and maintain a warm recovery environment with a small caseload.

Requirements include a Master’s degree or higher, Colorado LCSW licensure, 3 years of chemical dependency or dual-diagnosed experience, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• 3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current Colorado licensure (LCSW) required.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
