This position involves participating as a leader and active team member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsibilities include clinical oversight of assigned intensive service programs, including services provided by Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCO), coordination of client care for clients accessing DCO services, supporting a trauma‑informed, client‑ and family‑centered philosophy of care, ensuring the mission is implemented throughout FSRI and partner agencies, performing crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation as needed, managing evidence‑based models of treatment, participating in on‑call emergency services, and conducting clinical training as necessary.
