Position Summary

Participate as a leader and active team member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for clinical oversight of assigned intensive service programs, including services provided by Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCO). Coordinate client care for clients accessing DCO services. Support a trauma‑informed, client and family‑centered philosophy of care and ensure the mission is implemented throughout FSRI and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation as needed.
• Manage evidenced‑based models of treatment.
• Participate in on‑call emergency services.
• Conduct clinical training as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with PHI requirements while working remotely and in person.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required.
• Independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor.
• Clinical supervision experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in professional writing.
• Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word‑processing, and database software programs.
• Spanish speaking preferred and compensated.
• Flexible schedule with some evenings.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Travel to and from clients’ residences, community locations and office site, which may include walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.
