Job summary

Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Day Program Clinical Supervisor to lead MHRS and SUD Day Treatment programs, ensuring safe, recovery-oriented care aligned with treatment plans.

You will supervise licensed and unlicensed clinicians, oversee documentation, compliance, and quality assurance, collaborate with care coordinators, and contribute to risk management and program improvement in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field.
• Active clinical licensure in DC (LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience supervising MHRS and/or SUD treatment teams.
• Strong knowledge of DBH, DHCF, Medicaid, CARF, HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for MHRS and SUD Day Treatment programs.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff and support onboarding.
• Ensure documentation meets medical necessity and timeliness.
• Monitor utilization, authorizations, and funding sources.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and providers.
• Lead crisis management and risk assessments.
