Job summary

Alpharus Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Sanderson, FL to oversee counselors delivering assessment, education, and treatment for clients in corrections settings. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, program oversight, and professional guidance within a team-focused environment.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a Human Services field and possess required licensure (CAP/MCAP/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT). 2–3 years supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in a Human Service field from an accredited college or university.
• Current CAP/MCAP OR LMHC OR LCSW OR LMFT license required or preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory and/or clinical supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises counselors and other clinical staff delivering assessment, substance use education and treatment, and case management to clients.
• Oversees client program: evaluates counselors’ work performance, audits client records for regulatory/compliance objectives.
• Serves as a professional resource to counselors; provides clinical supervision and guidance.
• Interprets and enforces policies; contributes to development of treatment protocols and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
